When you create a profile for your child, you can add an optional photo to that profile. If you choose to add a photo, you can either take a picture of your child, for which the app needs access to the Camera. Or, you may select an existing picture of your child, for which the app needs access to your Photos). This picture appears in the home screen and profile selection screen to increase the personalization aspect of app. It is optional, and used for the sole purpose of adding delight to your experience. Owlet does not use this photo for any of its own purposes.
